Non-Refundable Services Important

No refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances for:

• Services that have already been activated or rendered
• Subscription packages or promotional plans that have commenced

The User acknowledges that World Wide Exporter provides a B2B marketplace platform on a best-effort basis, and no guarantees of results, inquiries, conversions, or business outcomes are offered.

Limited Refund Eligibility for Non-Activated Services

Subject to Section 1, a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of World Wide Exporter, only under the following conditions:

• A written refund request is submitted by the User within ten (10) calendar days from the original date of payment
• The paid service in question has not yet been activated, processed, or commenced
• The refund request is based on valid and verifiable grounds

Refund Process & Method Processing Info

Where a refund is approved, the following conditions apply:

• Refunds will be made only through the original method of payment (e.g., payments made via credit card will be refunded to the same card)
• No changes in refund method will be permitted
• The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 45 business days
• Bank charges, payment gateway fees, or other applicable charges may be deducted from the refunded amount

• Does not represent, mediate, or participate in any transactions between buyers and sellers

• Does not verify the identity, credibility, or intent of users and encourages all parties to conduct due diligence before engaging in any business dealings
