2 Effect of Cancellation on Activated Services

Once Paid Services are activated on our platform, cancelling the subscription stops future billing but does not reverse charges already incurred for the current billing period. This includes all services related to business listings, advertising, and promotional services.

Refund requests will not be entertained due to miscommunication or disagreements between you and our sales team. We do not guarantee business deals, return on investment, or success in any transaction. All services are offered on a "best-effort" basis.

We do not represent either the buyer or the seller in any transactions conducted through our platform. We do not charge a commission for facilitating transactions between users.

We do not control or take responsibility for the quantity, quality, or authenticity of the products or services offered. Additionally, we do not guarantee the completion of sales by suppliers or purchases by buyers.

We are not liable for any business loss, missed opportunity, or damages arising from the cancellation of a service, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Users are advised to carefully review all policies before subscribing to any services.
