Once a subscription is activated and Paid Services are initiated on our B2B marketplace platform, any payments made for these services are non-refundable under any circumstances. No claims for refunds will be entertained once the services are activated.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or authenticity of the content posted by users on our platform. All services are provided on a "best-effort" basis.
However, if you submit a valid refund request within 10 days of the payment date, based on reasonable grounds, we may consider a refund for non-activated services or work, as per our company policy. The refund process may take between 35 to 45 working days, depending on the availability of the required information.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed via the same payment method through which the payment was originally made.
